1. Service provider identity

2. Services
Bright Analytic offers web design and development, ongoing maintenance, SEO and ad campaign management. The specific scope is defined in the proposal accepted by the client.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Current VAT: 21%. For invoicing with company details, send a request to info@bright-analytic.com.
4. Hiring process
One-time payment: payment details are provided privately to the client after the service request. The project starts after confirming payment receipt. Subscriptions: periodic payment according to the chosen plan.
5. Hosting and domain
The corporate website plan includes 1 year of hosting. The domain is registered in the client’s name. When the period expires, the client can renew or migrate the website.
6. 7-day warranty
Bright Analytic offers 7 calendar days from delivery to request corrections for errors attributable to the team. It does not cover design changes or features outside the original scope.
7. Subscriptions
- Automatic monthly or yearly renewal unless cancellation notice is given 30 days in advance.
- Standard: max. 60 min/month of included work. Unused tweaks do not roll over.
- Premium: max. 3 hours/month. Additional hours quoted separately.
- Ad spend not included in any plan.
8. Out-of-scope work
Quoted hourly (min. 1h, 30-min increments). Requires prior client approval.
9. Third parties and add-ons
Domain, additional hosting, external APIs, WhatsApp Business, AI, CRM, ecommerce and integrations are variable and managed with approval and at the client’s expense.
10. Consumer rights
Under TRLGDCU, consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days, unless the service has begun with their express consent.
11. Intellectual property
Once the full amount is paid, the client receives usage rights for the specific designs and developments. Third-party code remains subject to its licenses.
12. Liability
Bright Analytic is not liable for losses due to inaccessibility, cyberattacks or third-party failures. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Córdoba (Spain), unless mandatory legal provision.
