What our website maintenance includes

Every month we check your website and take care of the tasks that keep it healthy:

• Updates to the system, plugins and components, checking everything still works afterwards.
• Regular backups, so we can roll back if something goes wrong.
• Error checks: broken links, forms and server warnings.
• Small content changes: text, photos, opening hours, prices or news.
• Email support with a direct contact, not a call centre.

Standard plan: essential maintenance

For business and professional websites that need to stay secure and up to date, with the odd change. €40 + VAT a month (€48.40 incl. VAT) or €300 + VAT a year (€363 incl. VAT) — 37.5% cheaper than paying monthly.

• Ongoing technical maintenance.
• 2 to 5 small changes a month, up to 60 minutes in total (unused changes do not roll over).
• Regular checks.
• Backups.
• Email support.

Premium plan: maintenance, SEO and analytics

For businesses that want their website to improve and bring in more customers every month. €150 + VAT a month (€181.50 incl. VAT) or €1,500 + VAT a year (€1,815 incl. VAT).

• Everything in the Standard plan.
• Technical and local SEO improvements.
• Analytics with a monthly report in plain English.
• Priority support.
• Basic management of Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), up to 3 hours a month — ad spend is paid directly to the platform.
• A simple calendar or booking system.

We maintain websites built by others

Your website does not need to be one of ours. Before we start, we review its technical state: versions, plugins, backups, speed and security. If anything needs fixing first, we tell you what and how much before doing anything.

Getting started

1. 1Choose Standard or Premium, monthly or yearly, and subscribe online with secure card payment.
2. 2We contact you within one working day to get access to your website.
3. 3We review the site and take a full first backup.
4. 4From then on, we handle the plan tasks and the changes you ask for every month.

No lock-in, clear prices

Plans renew automatically every month or year. You can switch plan or cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Work outside the plan is quoted first at €45 + VAT per hour (minimum 1 hour, in 30-minute blocks) and only done with your approval. Third-party costs such as your domain, hosting after the first year, premium plugin licences or ad spend are not included.

You receive a Spanish VAT invoice for your subscription: just email us your company details.
