Website maintenance cost: two plans, no small print
What does it cost to keep a website looked after in Spain? It depends on whether you only need it secure and up to date, or also improving every month. That is why we offer two fixed-price plans, monthly or yearly, with no lock-in. Here is what each costs, what it includes and what it does not.
Standard plan: €40 + VAT a month
Essential maintenance for business and professional websites. Monthly: €40 + VAT (€48.40 incl. VAT). Yearly: €300 + VAT (€363 incl. VAT), 37.5% less than 12 monthly payments.
- Ongoing technical maintenance and updates.
- Backups.
- Regular checks for errors.
- 2 to 5 small changes a month, up to 60 minutes (unused changes do not roll over).
- Email support.
Premium plan: €150 + VAT a month
For businesses that want their website to bring in more customers every month. Monthly: €150 + VAT (€181.50 incl. VAT). Yearly: €1,500 + VAT (€1,815 incl. VAT).
- Everything in Standard.
- Technical and local SEO improvements.
- Analytics with a monthly report.
- Priority support.
- Basic Meta ads management, up to 3 hours a month (ad spend not included).
- A simple calendar or booking system.
What is not included
To avoid surprises, these sit outside the plans:
- Domain and hosting, paid directly to your provider.
- Premium plugin or software licences.
- Advertising spend (Meta, Google Ads).
- Redesigns, new sections or features — quoted separately.
- Out-of-scope work: €45 + VAT per hour (minimum 1 hour, 30-minute blocks), always with your prior approval.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly gives you flexibility. Yearly is cheaper: on the Standard plan you save €180 + VAT a year compared with paying monthly. Either way the subscription renews automatically and you can cancel or switch with 30 days' notice.
What drives maintenance cost
Generally, the more complex the site, the more it costs to maintain: an online shop with hundreds of products, integrations with other software or high traffic need more checks and more care when updating than a five-section business website. If your site is large or complex, we review it first and suggest a tailored price. For most small business websites, Standard or Premium covers everything, and you can always move between plans as your needs change.
