Websites for beauty salons and spas in Spain
A beauty salon website should feel as cared-for as your treatments, show your services with clear prices and let clients book in a couple of taps. In much of Spain, a good share of those clients speak English. We design websites for beauty salons, aesthetic centres and spas across Spain that look the part and are built to fill your diary.
What clients check before booking
Clients compare: which treatments you offer, what they cost, how long they take, what the salon looks like and what other clients say. And they want to book without calling during working hours.
If your website only links to Instagram or lists treatments without prices, clients have to message you for everything. Many will not — they will book somewhere else. For expat and visiting clients, not knowing whether they will be understood is one more reason to look elsewhere.
Essential pages for a beauty salon
- Treatments: facials, body treatments, waxing, nails, lashes… with description, duration and price.
- Packages and current offers, with their conditions.
- Online booking.
- The salon: real photos, team and training.
- Genuine client reviews or a link to your Google reviews.
- Contact, opening hours and how to get there.
Responsible advertising of treatments
In Spain, advertising for beauty treatments must not attribute healing effects or guaranteed results that are not proven — Royal Decree 1907/1996 explicitly prohibits it for products and activities with claimed health purposes. It is better to describe what each treatment involves, how many sessions are usually recommended and what clients can realistically expect.
Medical aesthetic treatments (such as injectables) must be carried out by healthcare professionals in an authorised healthcare centre, and the website should make that distinction clear.
Before-and-after photos need the client's written consent and must not be edited to exaggerate results. As with any business website, it must identify its owner (LSSI) and include a privacy policy (GDPR).
Bookings in English and Spanish
A treatment menu and booking flow in English means international clients can book with confidence, without guessing what "presoterapia" or "depilación con hilo" means. Each language has its own pages, so your salon appears for searches such as "beauty salon Marbella" as well as "centro de estética".

Instagram attracts, your website converts
Social media is a great shop window for beauty businesses, but it does not replace a website: it does not show properly on Google when someone searches for a salon nearby, it does not present your price list in an organised way and it depends on an algorithm you do not control. Let Instagram attract and your website convert, with a direct link to booking from your bio and every post.
Price
A corporate website costs €500 + VAT (€605 incl. VAT), with up to 5 sections. Online booking, voucher sales or a second language are quoted separately. Our Premium maintenance plan includes a simple calendar or booking system.
Frequently asked questions
Should I show treatment prices?
Yes. It reduces questions and helps clients decide. Say whether prices are "from" or final and what each treatment includes.
Can I use before-and-after photos?
Yes, with the client's written consent and without edits that exaggerate the result.
Can the website connect to my booking app?
If your booking app offers a link or widget, we integrate it into the website.
Can I advertise medical aesthetic treatments?
Only if they are carried out by healthcare professionals in an authorised healthcare centre. The website must make that clear and follow healthcare advertising rules.
Can clients buy gift vouchers online?
Yes. We can add online voucher sales with a secure payment gateway, quoted separately, or simply promote vouchers for purchase at the salon.
How much does a beauty salon website cost?
From €500 + VAT (€605 incl. VAT). Online booking, vouchers or extra languages are quoted separately.
